I think it's probably easier for me to buy Cuban Cigars than to buy Riccardo Clays!!!

                  Re: Got my PCXP

Ordered my PCXP yesterday! Arrives Tuesday

I have been wanting to upgrade to a more powerful DA, only because the lack of torque sometimes can slow me down. The G110 added more power, but the PCXP has even more, which sealed the deal. Not to mention, the redesign.

I could have jumped up to the flex, but really, the PC has suited me well for what I do. I just wanted a little more power behind the pad and the PCXP looks to be it.

I will give my results when I give my car a nice run of #80/M21 the week after.

                    Re: Got my PCXP

I got my replacement in and this unit works much better than the previous! It does vibrate quite a bit more though. My hands felt all tingley after using it.

Ill be attempting to do a full correction on a Mini this weekend and will post up my combo and results.

I did notice that it is very picky about head angle. if it's not flat, you will run into problems if you're putting pressure on it.

I used my PC 7424XP last weekend for the first time and noticed that too. Mind you I have zero experience with any other DA or rotary. It doesn't take much to engage the clutch...especially at certain angles like you said.

I learned as I went though. Can't wait to do more so I can improve! C'mon weekend!!!

                          Interesting.

                          Centrifugal force maybe?

I've been thinking about getting a PC7424XP, but it doesn't look to be that much difference in power according to the specs. I would really like to see someone do a side by side comparison of the two and then if it warrants, I'll get one if need be.

could be that or just the LC CCS pad.

if you already had a g110, id say just stick with that. I dont think that there is enough of a difference to warrant an upgrade.

That is the problem I run into on my PC7424 now... I am hoping with a bit more power it won't do this AS MUCH. I will let you know how it goes though once I give it a whirl.
