Does your G110 vibrate a lot? Mine seems to vibrate a lot feels kind of weird after a while tingly in the hands also where the fan vent is, it smells like burned plastic.

i dont have a g110, but i have a PC and it vibrates a lot too. they are going to vibrate spinning that pad around and such...is yours new? because when they are new they sometimes smell like its burning but its not. -

Hey HED,
You will sometimes get that burning smell with the first couple of uses of your G110. Mine did the same thing but is fine. Yours should be ok too.

The vibration is normal and is merely a function of how the machine rotates and oscillates the pad. It's a random eccentric motion so there is some feedback to the machine. A rotary won't do this because it's a direct drive, rotation only tool.
A little bit of "burnt plastic" odor is pretty common as well. Sounds as though your G110 is running perfectly normal.Michael Stoops
