Issues with g110 rotation

I have been using my DA for about a year and the other day while doing a job one of the screws on the silver head came loose. I proceeded to tighten the screw down and replaced the backing pad and polishing pad. After doing that I started back up and noticed that my pad was now rotating counter clockwise. I can't figure what the problem is. I have tried now pad and cleaning other pads and the only time it seems to rotate right is with little or no pressure on the head at all. I hope someone can give me somethings to try.

Is your DA still under the one year warranty, they may replace it, but if not they can probably provide you with a solution.
