    Have to give a big thumbs up to Rick at ADS!

    I was thinking of getting a Flex which is on special at Auto Detailing Solutions and sent an email to them a few days ago about switching the Flex pad combo for Meguiar's Soft Buff 2.0 7" pad six pack. Rick wrote me back the same day and said that would not be a problem.

    I ordered tonight, selected the CCS option as he instructed for the $10 upcharge and sent him a follow up email as he requested with my pad selection. I changed my mind on the quantity of each pad I wanted (3 polishing, 3 finishing instead of 1 cut, 3 polish, 2 finish) and sent another email asking if it was too late to change. Also ordered a gallon of M105 that's on special as well.

    Rick just called me personally to make sure I got what I wanted and said he's packing it up tonight to ship tomorrow.

    Thanks, Rick! You will have more of my business, for sure.

      I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Rick at ADS. I have been a faithful customer of Autogeek for a while now but Rick's above par customer service and excellent pricing has won me over. Here's another vote for Rick...

        His customer service is great. Changed my order 3 times on one day Couldn't resist his buy in bulk prices. And he kept changing it without any problems. He always responds verry quickly to my emails. I know his prices aren't always the best, but his good customer service and quick shipping is absolutely worth it.

          You would be hardpressed to find a more accommodating person then Rick to do business with. All my orders are packed very well and he is always very helpful. A great guy to deal with.

            I ordered from him recently and messed up my mailing address, billing address, order quantities and he did EVERYTHING to accomodate me and make sure I got things right.

              I'm getting ready to place my 1st order with ADS based largely on the positive kudos Rick gets here. Nothing can substitute excellent customer service and Rick seems to have the corner market in the online Automotive Detailing market. The selection and prices are really hard to beat. I have put together comparable lists with ADS, Amazon, and Properautocare.com, and ADS wins hands down. Properautocare.com can match price, but only after I applied my 15% discount code I received for joining TID. And Properautocare.com still doesn't have the range of Meguiars products like ADS.

                Rick is the Man. I live in Los Angeles and I got my shipment in 1 day. From now on I only order from Rick. Sorry Meguiars, even though I love you till death your online store is as slow as molases!!!!

                  To be fair, Angelo at ProperAutoCare in Tampa helped me out. He gave me some M105 so I could try it on Nick's mother's van and I owe him some back. He was a great guy and I'm sure I'll be stopping there again too, especially when I don't plan in advance (like that never happens) and run out of something and need it the same day. Kudos, Angelo!

                    Rick was very prompt with returning emails to me as well. During business hours I believe the average response time was about 30min. That's excellent in my book . If it was not for the holiday weekend it would have proably arrived before the 13th. Everything was packaged very well. Towels were in bags so as not to get packing peanut foam all over them. Only thing I forgot was to ask if he would let go of one of the 16x16 ADS microfibers as a sample .

                        I agree; I've made two purchases from ADS thus far and their packaging is very secure and leaves their warehouse promptly. I received an email response within 24 hours, if I recall. Their prices are very competitive, too! I just wish I could compile one big list and place a large order instead of multiple orders...shipping costs are average, but painful nonetheless when spread between multiple orders. Can't wait for more!
