Your vehicle has a very thin coat of Clearcoat on it. Depending on how the aggressive the product and pad is depends on how many times you can use that.
Once you do an initial Paint Correction of Swirl and Scratch Removal you have to prevent from instilling them back in the future.
No rating or number guide for this kind of thing. Under normal circumstances it should be the least of your worries. Most people can't remove swirls, (that means they can't remove paint), so removing too much is the least of their worries.

The bigger idea is after you remove the swirls the first time don't do the things that put them back in so you won't have to remove them again.
