  • Case/pad, etc..

Can I use 2.0 soft buff's with the stock backing plate that came with my G100 (6") I believe?

Also, which pad would I want to apply the NXT 2.0? Which pad would I want to apply the Swirl X with? (soft buff 2.0's) Also, do you think that the NXT will produce better results when applied with the DA vs. hand?

Lastly, how do you all store your DA polishers? I need to get a bag/kit for mine. Anyone know any good places to get one?

Also, does anyone know where I can get some foam applicator pads from Meg's?

      1. Not sure about the backing plates. Only have the 1.0 pads myself.

      2. You would want the finishing pad for the Nxt. Either 9006 on the old pads or 9027 I believe is the new number.

      3. You would want to use a polishing pad for ScratchX.

      4. It should apply thinner by machine, which is good. I think it is removing by machine that makes a difference. Always seems shinier when I use the cutting pad with MF bonnets.

      5. I have it in its box in a drawer.

      6. I use ADS to shop a lot.. its a good place if you have never looked. (autodetailingsolutions.com)
