PC: Hardware Questions

Hi. I just got a PC7424 and I noticed that it came with a counterweight. However, it says to use 5" pad only. I also bought a 4" backing plate as well as 4" pads, so I'm not sure if those can be mounted onto the OEM counterweight. I did not notice a 4" counterweight...
