  • what pads to use for what?

Hi: I am wanting to buy the G110 online...I notice it comes with 2 types of pads, finishing and polishing...what do I use each pad for? I wanted to be able to apply polish and wax with the G110 and also remove the polish and wax with the G110 but I'm not sure which pad does what...HELP! Or is there other pads I need too...but I dont see any more in the "accessories" section at meguiars.com....I have a black Honda Civic Si 2008 and was planning on using the paint cleaner along with #80 glaze and NXT wax....Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I would use the polishing pad for the speed glaze and the finishing pad for your wax.

When using #80 I would suggest looking at this thread:

Polishing Pads are for removing defects, I would use M80 with this pad on the DA Speed Setting 5
Finishing Pads are for applying wax, use this to apply NXT 2.0 on Speed Setting 3

To remove wax I would get a Cutting Pad and but a Microfiber Bonnet over it and remove the wax.
