  • Changing Bonnets or not?

Is it recommended to use a seperate bonnet for removing waxes, polishes and cleaners or can the same bonnett be used?

    Re: Changing Bonnets or not?

Alway use seperate pad/towel/bonnets for different products....ALWAYS!

On that note, I've stopped using bonnets with the DA to remove wax. For the last few years, thats all I would use to remove wax. But, the more I work, the more I find that a high quality microfiber towel works better than a bonnet. Plus I like to actually feel the paint as I'm removing wax, and you just can't do this with a DA.
