Just got the 110. Have a 07 Tacoma in good paint condition. Should I just use the#80 1st after washing & claying? What is the best way to take off the #80.? When waxing do I use the finishing pad and take it off with bonnet, when dry. Can I put the bonnets over the finishing pad. What speeds should I use for the #80, 83, nxt 2 wax and removing the wax with bonnets

I like to follow megs recommendation to "use the least aggressive product first", and "due a test spot". In your case it appears that you have both 80 and 83. Correct? I would first tape off an area about 16x16 and start with 80 on a 8006 polishing pad. If 80 is not giving you the desired paint correction you are after do another test spot with 83 on a 8006 polishing pad. 83 sometimes will leave behind a bit of haze to the paint so you may need to repolish with 80 to make the finish clear. I like to use Meguiars 100% cotton terry cloth towels for the removal of cleaner polishes and have used Meguiar's micro fiber towels to remove cleaner polishes with great results. Yes when appling wax with the g-100/g-110 you should use the 9006 finishing pad to apply the wax. When removing the wax after it has dried(do the swipe test to make sure it is dry)with the g-100/g-110 use a 7006 cutting pad with a bonnet wrapped over it. I know before the g-110 came out that Meguiar's recommended speed setting of 5,3,5. Apply/polish/correct paint defects with speed 5, apply wax/sealant/pure polishes with speed 3, and remove wax/sealant with speed 5. I hope this helps you out.

Re: newbie question
1. Yes, #80 would be a good start.
2. Surpreme Shine cloth would be good to remove #80 with.
3. Use the finishing pad to wax. Use a clean/dry cutting pad with the MF bonnets over for removal.
For the G100, it was 5 to apply cleaner/polishes, 3 to apply waxes, and 5 to remove waxes. Not sure if it is the same for the G110.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue
