Do you have any of the #80? I just see #83?

Actually, I don't. I think I am going to go with 12oz of the 83 and then 32 of the 80 per the suggestion earlier in the post. They did mention that this suggestion was based me doing more family cars. Would I need to even it out if I might end up doing cars of car club members?

I have never used either so i'm really excited about this whole process. i also have to add the dvd.

1-question - I know they seem to tell you to keep your products separate when it comes to the pads but does this not apply when using 7006 pad for cutting. Is this because of the rule that we should go least aggressive to most aggressive? I only ask because it's the only pad that they said I should only need 1.

You may have mis-interpreted....

#80 is the go-to product, and also the easier one to start learning on. So #80 is the one you really want right away.

Now #80 is the milder product (but it will still fix a lot when used properly), so you may need #83 to fix some cars up, then follow up with #80. But even then, if a car did need #83, it should not need it again for a long long time if you are taking care of it, washing properly. Of course you would do a test spot or 2 of #80 first to see if #83 was needed.

Thats why less #83 is needed for family cars. Now for customers, etc, of course you may need more product in general, just for more cars. Depending on their condition, #80 may be enough, may need #83 for them, who knows.

After some practice on the family cars, you should have a little idea what #80 can and cant do, then guess from there when you see the club cars. And can always just do test spots on their cars to see.

Ok - i'm going with the flex but will be asking more questions- hard to make up my mind. I have read so much but I will get there.
