  • buying a PC 7424

I am going to be purchasing a 7424 soon and I was wondering what basic accessories I need to buy with it and what places you would recommend purchasing it from, I am doing a detail soon and want to get some practice in on my truck before I do a friends car, thanks I greatly appreciate your input

Well, at the most basic, I'd order from autodetailingsolutions.com. Assuming you have all the other soaps, clay, cloths, etc, etc....

    1. Backing Plates - Get 2 to be safe if you can

    2. #80 Speed Glaxe

    3. #21 Synthetic Sealant

    4. Case of pads - 1 7006, 3 8006, 2 9006

    5. 6 MF bonnets

And you are supposed to practice on the friends car, then do yours...

I really liked the MF bonets for removal. Don't forget that, as someone pointed out on another recent thread, the bonets are reversible. I reversed mine each time I took it off to resume applying wax to the next section.

I liked applying the #21 a bit slower, 3, and removing it faster, at about 4-5.
