  • velcro pad failure

I purchased my G100 last year from ADS. Today, as I was buffing off the wax, the velcro pad separated from the backing plate. Is this covered by warranty? If not, is there an effective way that I can reconnect the velcro to the backing plate?

Have you used your PC at speed 6 for extended periods of time? If so that could explain why.

is there an update to this? Same thing happened to me today causing me to nearly mar my customer's new 911 Turbo. I also was not above level 5.

Yes, except the ones who can not use to the new interface.

Back to your question, the backing plate is usualy covered, so there should be a compensation for this.

              Or buy a different one.
