If the polisher was set on the 5.0 setting, (it was hard to see the number), the it doesn't sound right, not enough power.

We've had a couple of brand new units that right out of the box didn't work proplerly and we sent them back.

From the sound and appearance of the G100/PC in that video, it didn't look or sound right to this person.

It was in between 4 and 5. Should this go back to ADS or Meguiars if you still think it's not quite right? Thanks everyone

Well there's actually a power difference between 4.5 and 5.0, if were were in the garage right now trying to remove swirls from anything, we would have the polisher set on the 5.0 setting, not the 4.5 setting.

Try again on the 5.0 setting and after reading the threads on this topic then try to determine if the problem is with the polisher or the setting and your expectations.
