  • Pictures of the Magic!!

So here we go, just took them 5 minutes ago. Now keep in mind, this is only one application of M83 w/ G100 and 8006 pad. Removed with Meguiar's Microfiber towel. I will continue with 83 on the whole car and move to 80 then NXT wax!

You can see very slightly the left side is duller, the right side is 1 coat of M83. (The car is black, that is sky reflection)

Now here is the Side that is unfinished, and basically what my entire car looks like.

And viola!, after one application of M83 to the other side!

good job. i have a question. Did you try getting out the swirls and scratches first with #80 then go to #83 or just went straight to the #83

I started an small area 16x16 with M80 and worked it for a good few minutes in up and down and side to side 50% overlapping passes at slow pace. The M80 did a great job but there were some deeper swirls and scratches. The M80 made a huge difference. But when I switched to the M83, it really dug in and got a huge result on top of the 80. It was great, and on speed 5, what a fantastic machine and product.

I then did that half of the hood in 83 and when I do the whole car I will spend more time in areas and also be sure to work the product in more, then go over with M80 and finalize with the NXT wax. If you looked closely you can see there is a very very slight roughness with the 83 but the 80 will take that away very easily.

                  Re: Pictures of the Magic!!

2005 Toyota Matrix XR AWD. It is Black Pearl Metallic which I fell in love with because it is not a flat black, it has the metallic flec which is awesome. The phantom gray was my next choice but it looks almost greenish in some light.

I made a huge switch as I used to own a 2002 Honda Civic EX Coupe that was Satin Silver Metallic, you could not wash it for a month and no one would know. But I washed it weekly.

This car went through a Massachusetts winter before I was able to get my hands on it. There is some slight knicking (white dots) on the hood near the nose but a lot of them blended in and became dramatically less noticeable with the G100 use. Not to mention these pictures were taken with a cell phone. But I will be sure to post before and after of most of the paneling, especially the rear hatch which seems to be hazed and not black when in the sun.

                  2002 Civic (last)

                      Re: Pictures of the Magic!!

Unfortunately I sold the Civic to get the Matrix. I wanted All Wheel Drive and more space.

I sold it for $9,800 bucks as is with 74,000 miles, a set of snow tires, bra cover. Good deal!
