Meguiar's G-100 Dual Action Polisher Group Purchase

I'm trying to determine if anyone is interested in a group purchase of the Meguiar's G-100 DA Polisher.

I'm sure those who have attended classes similar know what I'm referring to. If you’re an enthusiast that likes to detail your own vehicles with better techniques, I would highly recommend this class to you. It’s a free class offered by Meguiar’s that takes an entire day. Of course it’s also an opportunity for Meguiar’s to expose you to their products, but the information given can be applied to any other vehicle care manufacturer’s products. Breakfast and lunch is provided and at the end of the day, you walk away with a gift bag filled with goodies, but I digress.

And after I'm done with this, I'll try to organize a group discount with CRSpotless de-ionized water system.

I think it's just you. Anyway, that link takes you to this post. I don't have any details posted because I'm being cautious. I haven't read all the agreements and faq's so I'm not sure if I'm violating posting policies. Once I find out, I'll post the details....or this thread will be erased from the universe.

Anyway, I already have the package worked out. I just need to get some commitments.

You go to a regular Saturday class and then you buy the G100???

You're right...it is somewhat confusing. I was cutting and pasting and I didn't re-read my post.

Anyway, here's the scoop. I went to the detailing class this past Saturday in which I was enlightened in the art of machine detailing. Anyway, hand cleaning/polishing/waxing is fun and all, but I think it's time for me to add a little more efficiency with a G-100.

I see several posts in this site and others regarding people wanting to purchase a G-100. Well, I'm going to work with a Meguiar's reseller/distributor to get an excellent price on a G-100 package. In order to do so, I need to round up a few interested people so we can make the group discount happen.

If there are people that are contemplating and on the verge of getting one, I'm going to try to get a good incentive to push them over the edge!

If the price is right, I would be interested! I attending a Wednesday night open garage a few months ago and learned a lot. Would love to be able to own a G100 at a great price!

I could always use another but it would depend greatly on the price.. Hard to beat the ADS promo price .

Just a side. I bought a PC 7336 at Lowes for 59$ over the weekend...Its a sickness I tell ya . 1 g-100, 2 rotories and now a PC.... And I dont do other peoples cars just my own ...

I don't think you can buy them from the Sat and Wed classes. ADS sells them for $149 though. I hope this purchase plan comes in lower than that.

I might be interested, I have been wanting to get Meguiars version for the warranty and give my dad the one I have now as he borrows it from time to time.

If you take a class, it's $149. You just need to call up Meguiar's and let them know you took the class then they'll give you the discount. They took a roll call so they could pull up your name if needed (which I doubt).

ADS didn't feel offering the killer deal was beneficial to them in the short term.

I couldnt believe it either. They only had 2 or 3 left . Lowes and HD do this with power tools usually when an updated model comes out or the company stops making the item . This is the PC-7336 that comes the faom pad for buffing and a backer for peel and stick sandpaper . I bought a new backer from ADS to us my pads ...
