  • Next best thing? Help

I realize that buying a PC from Meguiars is the best choice. However, living in Thailand this would cost me a MINT with the shipping and all the extras that go along with it. Therefore, I decided to buy something much cheaper to see at least if I could use it to wax. I just bought a new car and really only concerned about applying NXT wax to it every month and by hand it just kills me! I get 1 day off a week and after a waxing job I feel pretty tired not to mention my wife’s car also needs waxing! I just purchased a Black & Decker 6" Random Orbit Waxer/Polisher - WP900. Has anyone used one of these? I am thinking it wouldn’t be so good if I wanted to get swirls out but just for applying or buffing wax do you think it will do the trick? It includes foam applicator for applying wax/polish Includes polishing bonnets for a high quality finish. The polishing bonnets don’t look that bad but the foam applicator scares me that it might not be good for my paint- so I am thinking that I would apply it by hand and then buff it by machine. Any suggestions would be most helpful. Link to information about this unit at http://shopping.msn.com/specs/shp/?i...amp;fullDesc=1 Thanks, Asaf

If all you want to do is remove a wax that machine will be fine.
You left out licking the water off. Oh, wait a minute, that's my cat, not my car. Uh, I mean my cat licks himself dry. I don't lick my cat dry. Or my car. -PC.

Follow up to my last post- This includes a couple types of polishing bonnets which look okay to take the wax off but my main concern is the Foam bonnet for applying the wax.. Could this cause swirl marks? If so, any other suggestions I could use other then by hand of course.
