I did a search for cordless polisher and found that Mike Phillips and a few others said that the cordless is good for applying wax but isn't powerful enough for removing swirls and other defects. For that you'll have to jump up to the G100.

do you think (Cordless) Meguiar's G100 better than hand to remove scratch and swril mark by scratchx ?

Using ScratchX by hand would probably work better than anything with the cordless.

you may want to consider using an inverter, then you can run any ac tool around your car - light, solder, drill, etc as well as the G100
