    Hey everyone,
I have a question about pads does it make any difference which pad to use when using a bonnet to place on the pad for wax removal?
Also would there be any advantage to applying 7 & 26 liquid wax with the PC? Would I have any problems taking off the 7 with the bonnet?
Lot's of questions I know but I want to learn the right way and thank you all for your time.

    1. You would want to use a clean, seperate pad for all your removal needs. As far as which one, 7006 or 8006 is what you want.

    2. They will spread thinner, thus being easier to remove. I think most people find it easier to remove the cleaners and polishes by hand.

    3. You can try removing #7 with a bonnet, esp since it wont dry so could do the whole car then come back over to remove. But I don think it will help you any, unless you just find it easier to do than by hand.

      Murr1525,

Who is that on your avatar and what is he doing. Everytime I see that picture it reminds me of a guy I used to work with the blew his nose out to the open air without any tissue. (Pretty gross huh?) What is he doing?

HAHA... It is actualy a photo from Steelers training camp. It is Max Starks (6'8", 340) and he is getting a drink of water out of a tube.

It just seemed to fit with those hot days of summer....

Its the best I got till the season comes around... no more Bus to have as an avatar.... The Bus was just the perfect nickname for a Steeler around this forum..

Stiff pads work best, so the W-7006 works the best followed by the W-8006 pad. The pad must be clean, as in never been used to apply a product.

Possibly. M07 is pretty oily and unless you apply a very thin coating, it may wipe off easier by hand. Thin coatings of most waxes remove easily by machine in part because correctly removed, the wax is dry. (not wet and oily).
