    Thanks for your attention Mike, I have sent you an email. Please be sure to touch base with my contact to go over his progress. I mainly wanted to go on the board here to publish my experiences, Meg's has been first class through the last 2 weeks of this process.

    Also, both times the bakcing plate failed were in well-venilated garages, temps in high 70s to lower 80s.

    Not sure how to post pics and I do not have time to read the posted tutorial so I sent the pic with my email.

        Wow, you guys are impressive. Tom McConnel (sp?) Quality Assurance Manager just called me, he is looking into it as well, I gave him your name and Ash's to make sure your efforts arent duplicated. I feel very comfortable with how everything is being handled. A+ service!

          Ya , i gotta say that megs service is the best. My backing plate starting delaminating , a tire brush split in half , and i had one of those bad batches of #21 in 64oz..i called customer service and spoke to Tim and i had my stuff in about 3 days....thats service , all i had to do was get a tracking # with the stuff i sent back , called him back , told him the tracking # and he sent it right out....Thats service,and a company that stands behind their products...Megs will always get my business...Thanks to Tim and Megs for sending me my stuff so fast and hassel free.
