  • MF Bonnet for removal of products

Can I use the MF Bonnet over W7006 to remove products such as M83, M80, M07 after the product has been applied using the G100?

I seem to have a bit of difficulty removing the M80 using the Supreme Shine MF. It seems not able to just "glide" and pick up the product just like how it removed the M21 or Tech Wax.

    Thanks!

Yes, You hit it dead on. The MF bonnet is meant to be used over a W7006 for removal of waxes and polishes.

I don't use the bonnets on the products you have mentioned. Are you allowing the M80 to work in as it should only be a light haze left on the surface and a micro fiber towel should easily remove it. The only time I use the bonnets are for the removal of wax or synthetic (NXT,# 26,# 21).

Same here, I work on a small area with those products and it's quicker to just use a microfiber and buff it off in seconds than to change the pad and put on a mf bonnet just to remove a cleaner polish from that small of an area. I use a mf bonnet to remove only waxes.

If you have two G100's, go for it

Be carefull you arent letting the polishes dry, or be applied ot thick. This will make them harder to remove.

Most people will use the cloths for cleaners/polishes, and even the first coat of wax. Then use the bonnet for the last coat of wax. But do what works best for you.

I agree with these guys... if #80 is hard to take off, you aren't working it long enough. Used properly, #80 is cake to take off. Decrease your product, decrease your work area, and increase your time spent working the product till it is a very light film on the surface. You'll find that #80 really is easy to take off.
