What are you using for a handle here? Or are you just holding it by the top of the machine?

Some people (myself included) don't use the handle. My reasoning is I can apply more pressure right on top of the head for more cutting action. You can also get into tighter spots.
Use of handle on PC -
There is a lip at the front of the machine that Mike is holding onto, you will find alot of people do not use the handle that comes with the machine as it is easy to use. The handle as can cause you some problems in tight areas or you might tilt the machine and scratch the surface with the handle.Comment

i also don't use mine with a handle, it just feels right that way! Also if you use the handle you get this noise that goes away when you take the handle off.Patrick Yu
