i had an issue with my DA backing plate losing its "stickiness" and so i called them up today and spoke to him. He told me to bring it down there so he could check it out since i am local. He had a new one in hand for me when I met him. He also took a look at my car and we had a little chat about what i could do to rid myself of the micro-marring and he said to hit it with some #80 speed glaze, and he even gave me a bottle to try out! You guys rock, thanks again!

I liked the meguiars line before but with support like that, WOW!
