  • Fine Cut Cleaner

I used Fine Cut Cleaner with my DA on 2 different cars with great results. I followed up with M09 to remove the haze. Why is Fine Cut Cleaner not recommended for use with a DA on this site? On the back of the bottle it says for hand, DA or rotory.

If the back of your bottles says that it is intended for Hand, DA, Rotary, then you are ok, you have the newer formula. There is an older formula that is only to be used with Rotary only, and also clearly states this on the back of the bottle.

I'm also planning on using the fine cut cleaner with my DA. I plan on claying, fine cut, M80, DC #2, Nxt Wax. Is this a good way to tackle a black car with light swirling?

M80 should be enough if the swirls are light enough. Lots of variables though, paint hardness, etc.
