It appears that it is not that easy to take off the #80 after the first try. I use it with W8006 on a roughly 12"x24" area and try to take it off right away by hand. It needs a lot of buffing to get it off and feel like a thin layer of harden film. And another problem is it's difficult to tell where the polish is still on the surfeace unless you look from certain angle. Even try W7006/buffing bonnet and still not that smooth taking it off. Does this sound right? Did I do something wrong? Or should I wait a little longer before I try to take it off?

#80 is very easy to remove.... Just to make sure, keep to a small area 2X2, you want to work the product in then remove wet. If you let the product dry it may become difficult to remove.
I work #80 in the 2X2 area for 1.5-2 min with my PC set on speed 5 then remove by hand with a microfiber towel. If you get to much product on it may be difficult to remove as well.Brandon

Yeah, removing #80 by machine/bonnet always seems problematic at best for me too, let alone if you use a little too much. I'd do that job by hand.
It's very helpful to only use as much as necessary to work the area in question, which is often a lot less than people expect.
If you don't use too much, it's not all that hard to tell when the #80 starts to change from its initial brown/green opaque nature to something more translucent. Buff it off then, and try buffing it off in two stages- first you get the bulk of the product off, then fold the cloth over and buff off the remaining oils/etc.Practical Perfectionist

Make sure that you do not have a build up of product on your pad. It sounds like you have too much product on the pad/car. Get a microfiber towel and roll up the pad in it to remove the product that is build up in the pad, you may need to do this several times. Rember you only need to use a very small amount of product on your pad when appling it. Good luck! Let us know how it turns out.
