I don't know if this is a common problem, but i seem to have an incredibly difficult time removing stains, i.e. (coffee and soda stains) from seatbelts. Is there a product or technique out there that anyone has had success with?

They are made of a very tight weave and are very hard to clean. Anything too strong can compromise the integrity of the belt and may cause it to fail.
We use a very light cleaner on seat belts. If that dosnt work I tell my clients to replace very dirty seat belts.Comment

You make a very good point, there is nothing more important than safety, what good are seatbelts if they don't perform their function? I have started to use meg's carpet cleaner, it works well, and hopefully isn't strong enought to ruin the integrity of the belts.Comment

Seat Bets: Clean seat belts with a Woolite™/distilled water solution, for spot stains use a fabric cleaner. Pull the belts from the retractor and gently close the door on the belt, clean and allow to air dry before opening the door and retracting the belt.
Do not use bleach or strong detergents, or dye on the seat belts as this may severely weaken them and render them ineffective in a crash.
