I have a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 with brown leather seats. I bought a bottle of the Meguiar's One Step Leather Care/Conditioner and a bottle of the Meguiar's Gold Class Leather Cleaner/Conditioner . Neither of them met my expectations. I was looking for a leather cleaner that would produde a shiny and slick surface on my leather. I would like my seats to feel the way they do a few seconds after the Meguiar's is applied. These products are great, don't get me wrong, but I am looking for something that would give me the results I have mentioned. Does anyone know of a product that would give me these results? Thanks

I like to use the Gold Class two step product. Meguiar's Gold Class Leather Cleaner with Aloe and Meguiar's Gold Class Leather Conditioner with Aloe.

In my experiences, the Meguiars leather products have always left a more natural look and feel on the leather surfaces I have treated, not an overly shiny plasticy look.

So... you're saying you WANT a shiny look? Hmm.... I guess my best suggestion would be to use something like a dashboard vinyl/plastic dressing -- I'm sure there are several out there that create a high gloss (a lower dilution of hyper dressing, for example). Since GM leather (like that of your silverado) is "coated," you shouldn't have any problems with it. Just remember that as you're sitting in the seat, that look will wear off faster than it does on other surfaces.

The new detailer line one step leather cleaner/conditioner is quite shiny, at least it's shinier than the old detailer line cleaner/conditioner and shinier than the gold class 2 step system as well.
