vinyl and plastic cleaner

Hi everybody,
I'm looking for a good vinyl and plastic cleaner that's safe and won't discolor plastic. Trying to get better results when cleaning the steering wheel and interior door handles. Ever noticed how these places accumulate what looks like black goo?? I guess from skin oils, dirt and heat. I've used several products but they usually make black plastic turn white.

I would use Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner (M-3916) as it is a dedicated cleaner.



After cleaning I would follow up with the new NXT Protectant.

I agree with Lynn.....#39 is a great cleaner....I still follow mine up with #40 though not the NXT protectant

#39 is definitly the cleaner, as for #40 and nxt......I like #40 better except I LOVE the smell of nxt...so I've been using nxt....both are great products so you can't go wrong!
