how do I get pen scribble off my GMC Envoy's leather seats
Hello everyone, I recently bought a 2002 GMC Envoy and noticed that it has some pen scribble on the leather seat. What's the best way to get this off? Can I get this off without damaging the leather?
The problem is the ink will have penetrated into the leather and past whatever coating may or may not be present and the problem is how to extract or remove the ink from inside the leather without damaging or changing the look of the leather.
Perhaps some fabric expert might have a solution or product that would work but there are none that I'm aware of.

Hmmm, I was faced with the same problem a couple of weeks ago on a 1993 infinity I30. I recieved this car and it was bought new in 1993 by its current owner who's maintance consisted of bringing it to any sort of car wash every month or so! They have large dogs and a couple of children. Well the children must have gotten hold of a pen and drew on the rear tan/orange'ish' leather seats. I didn't expect to remove the ink, but when I APCed the leather and 'scrubed' with a soft brush it actually removed 99.99% of the ink! I was shocked. The APC alos helped to looses baked on chocolate and small of ammount of chewing gum from where the leather butts to seat back.
