meguiar's one step leather cleaner/conditioner

recently, I purchased a bottle of Meguir's cleaner/conditioner in a red bottle at local WalMart. I haven't seen this product anywhere else, so I decided to give it a try. I was very close to Premium Leather Care from Meguiar's. What is a shelf life for these kind of products? I probably think those bottles were their last, since I didn't even see it on Meguiar's website.

You can typically expect Meguiar's surface care formulations to retain their full effectiveness for three to five years, as long as the container has been sealed tightly, and has not been frozen.

Always shake Meguiar's liquid products well before using, especially if they have been sitting for an extended period of time.

Shake it up, pour some out and look at it, if it has an even consistency, then it's likely okay to use.

Is the Meguiar's one step leather cleaner sold at Walmart the same as the Gold Class Leather Cleaner & Conditioner (G7214)?

I bought it today, but I am trying to decide if I should return it and buy the Gold Class Leather Cleaner & Conditioner from Meguiar's online.
