I would recommend cleaning the interior prior to laying down any dressing. For example on the leather I would use a dedicated leather cleaner followed by a leather protector. Meguiar's has their gold class stuff for this if you want something over the counter.
For the rest of the interior you could use quick interior detailer which has a light cleaner and if you desire a high gloss shine then supreme shine was the one to go with. I am not sure if it is still available. -

That image is one that I downloaded from the internet to show that the interior is all leather. The image is bad, but it shows the interior itself as an example. Mine is black on black.
