I recently cleaned the interior in a 2000 Chrysler 300M. The owner had a bottle of Gold Class Leather Cleaner and Conditoner he wanted me to use. It appeared that the seats had never been cleaned. They were quite dirty. Especially the drivers side. I followed the instructions and applied the product to a cotton terry cloth towel and rubbed into the seats. The amount of dirt coming out was minimal. I buffed with a clean towel and tried again but it still wasn't getting the dirt out. Does this product only have a mild cleaner due to being combined with a conditioner? What product would you suggest using? Going to need something with some strength in it. I didn't mention that the seats are light tan in color making the dirt really show. Any help would be appreciated.

The product you're using is a light cleaner, thus it cleans and conditions. For more cleaning strength, you can use this product,
Gold Class Rich Leather Aloe Cleaner
For even stronger cleaning, you'll have to step over to a product in our Professional Detailer Line called All Purpose Cleaner
All Purpose Cleaner
Always test a products in a small, inconspicuous area for colorfastness prior to use over the entire area. Recommended dilution for interior cleaning for the All Purpose Cleaner is 10:1
From my own experience, sometimes dirty, worn leather can be tough to clean with any companies product.
Best of luck to you...

From my experience, the all in one products like you used are really for leather in very good shape. Mike gave you some good suggestions. You may want to try a dedicated leather cleaner. Then apply a conditioner. All in one products are great if you are working on a surface in very good condition, but if the surface is dirty or neglected, the cleaners are not strong enough.Bama
