Hello guys, I got a question from a family member who recently got a second hand car (Volvo C70). The sale also included winter tires and at the dealership they put the tires on the white leather seats of the car (what where they thinking?..
) to deliver them as there is not enough space in the trunk of the car. This has obviously left ugly marks on the seats. We could take the car back to the dealership and let them have it removed, but as a Meguiar's enthusiast
, I wanted to have a go at it first and see if we can easily get this cleaned.
The cars I've had never had leather seats so I don't have any experience on this matter. I was thinking to use APC on the seats to clean the tire marks off and use some kind of leather conditioner afterwards, but I'm not sure if this is the best choice. I wouldn't want to make it worse by using the wrong product.
Any ideas what the best cleaning method would be here?
