Get a cleaner and start cleaning them...

APC, APC+, Gold Class Leather Cleaner are all options, and some terry towels to work it in a bit.

I was thinking this one, though the APC products can probably end up stronger if needed.

ive got some apc. ill try it after i get these things conditioned up nice so that apc doesnt dry them out to much. i would think something petroleum based would work best.. maybe like dial hand soap or something.

Well you'll need a grease cutter. But those seats are stained. You'll be able to clean the grease off but not the stains and most likely you'll damage the leather as you clean it due to the grease already breaking down the leather.
So get some APC, Purple Power or the like, scrub lightly with a soft brush to work out the grease, wipe with a terry towle, cover with some nice seat covers.
            Good luck!
And we always want to see pictures. (they are worth a thousand words)

ill get a couple pictures when i come back in in an hour or so. i read somewhere that talcum powder worked in and left over night would pull out the grease as it dried. i might try it tonight and see on a small spot.. if nothing work... well.. i guess new seat covers it is. id rather spend 500 and put a good car on the lot than take a 500 loss because the interior is trashed.

I like the talcum powder idea.

shoe polish is a common use for scratched/discolored leather.
If you just use a little, wipe it good, maybe even a little heat, sun/hair dryer, should get any residue up.
Here's a little thread I did on using shoe polish from Nordstoms.

Swissvax makes a leather repair kit. I think it's called leather healer. If APC+ and terry cloths don't work have you thought about steam? You place a terry cloth over the area you want to clean and hit it with steam. The heat/steam releases the trapped dirt in the leather.

After any leather cleaning I condition the seats. I would go with a water based conditioner.

If you don't have a steamer try a damp mf with hot, hot water first and then dry with another, wear gloves. Steam and APC or OPC is the most powerful combo you can get for leather. AutoGlym's interior pad is great for getting stains out of leather.
