Applying Dressing On Dash

Just wondering what everyone uses to apply dressing on dash.

I used to use a foam pad but now i use a microfiber towel.

I really don't use dressings on my interior. Before, I only used water to dampen my MF towel and started wiping down the interior until QID came along. Now, I spray the QID to the interior panel's surface and wipe it with a MF towel. I'd probably do the same thing if I have to use the supreme/natural shine protectant sprays.

Being a M-40 fan, I use the 'toe end' of dead socks to apply and MF for wipe off.

There ya go, never throw away old athletic socks. The toe end is handy for a lot of things and slips over your hand neatly. They also work nicely turned inside out for metal polishes and stuff that gets gunky.. then just toss 'em when your done.

Foam applicators work great for interior dressing.

I either use water for a final wipedown or QID, like Marc stated.

I usually mist my Walmart MFs with Int detailer spray then wipe down the interior.... nothing else
