  • Need help! Scuffed up interior plastic!

So we just inherited a really used work truck that had tar on the interior pannels. My lady used goo gone to try And remove some of the tar and it looks like we may hAve scratched the dash As there are now white patches on the dash and doors! Is there anything that will hide the blemishes?

The goo gone removed some dye and really dried the plastic out.

You need an interior plastic dressing like M40, or one of the many interior dressing products available at auto parts stores - Natural shine or Supreme Shine come to mind.

Ultimate Protectant may even be good, as far as letting it really soak in.

Either way, apply a bit heavy and let sit for a while, then wipe off excess. It is hard to say how well it will hide, but should help a little at least.
