  • Paper floor mats

Would love to pick up some of the "paper floor mats" (or poly-coated paper) for occasional use in my car when I'm pulling it in the garage after washing it, or when I happen to stop in at my buddy's shop (grease-covered floor). The kind that the car dealers and detailers use; the ones that say "We care about your car", for example. I've found a few places online that sell them, but most seem to charge as much for shipping as the $35 box of floor mats is worth. Anyone have a source?
    Thanks.

You could go to a dealership and ask for some! I work at a dealership and have no problem giving them to people. We have thousands of them. If need be, slip them a couple bucks.
There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?

That is what I have done. The dealership knows what a fanatic about my vehicles I am. They were happy to do it.

I just use an old bath towel that matches the dark grey of my interior. I fold it and keep it to the rear of my footwell where I rest my heels.

Under that I have a rubber mat with a webbed surface that was intended to catch kitty litter. Works great, catches all dirt. The folded towel is very absorbent and can be washed.

Yeah. I shamelessly asked the dealers on these things and they pushed me over the side.

Anyhow, saw this when browsing over the net. Not sure how the shipping goes btw.
