what would be the best way to fix this? this is a seat cover I got at the JY. the one in my car currently is much worse

They sell kits by permatex or something like that. It comes with a cheese cloth like backing, some fill adhesive and a few colors to mix with. it even comes with a little heating tool and texture stamps. Just follow the directions, I have used this before with pretty good results! Just make sure your color is perfect, and please do a good cleaning of that seat, it's yukky.
