After wiping down the hard plastic and door panels with apc+ 10:1, do you usually follow with a damp clean mf to remove any residue or is it insignificant to the point a protectant will take care of it?

If you like, you could wipe down with a light cleaner and this will insure any residue is removed.
Try either Quik Interior Detailer Spray or Quik Interior Detailer Wipes.

Seems like I must be the only one that does go over the areas with a damp towel after using an APC on vinyl. plastic or leather.
Takes very little time and I then feel like I have done a better job of cleaning.
Seems to be another case of "Whatever works for you".Charles

I always rinse when using cleaners. Just habit I guess.
Nothing wrong with it. Today I was working on leather seats and APC+, agitate, rinse, rinse wipe down. When it was dry, I liberaly sprayed GC leather cleaner/conditioner on to treat themPhilippians 2:14 - Do all things without grumbling or questioning,
