  • Removing pen ink - HELP!

    Hello!

I discovered that I have a black pen ink mark on the leather seat of my 2007 Acura TSX this morning. I must have had the pen open when I went to stick it in my pocket, and it somehow swiped against the side bolster on the back of my seat (light interior). Anyway, I've been searching for a way to remove this, and I came across this Hi-Tech Professional Ink Remover. Has anyone ever used this, or know if it's actually effective? If not, does anyone have any recommendations? I really want to remove this!!

We have read / heard of people using hairspray, but....that is not an official recommendation...

Hope others will chime in for you

Spray hairspray on a MF and gently rub it over the mark and it will take it out.

I used to live on Chicago, and went to the Chain to fish.

ADS sells a special pen intended for ink removal...I have one, but haven't found a need for it yet. They're only a couple bucks IIRC.
