I had aftermarket suede added to my vehicle and I was told the best method was simply a wet microfiber (water).
If you have a serious stain that requires more than that I am not 100% sure, maybe someone else can chime in on that. -

Suede is very difficult to clean. You can not get it wet with normal cleaning products as it could create water stains.
Very few cars have actually suede, most use a material called "alcantara", the best thing to do is to follow and manufacturers recommendationsComment
