Did a search on cleaning the plastic gauges, but found only ones for fixing scratches. No scratches on mine, but they are a little dusty. How does one clean the dust from the plastic without scratching? I remember my old Grand Am that I could hardly see through the lens, and I don't want any marring on my new gauges. Thanks.

Re: Instrument Gauges cleaning
I think the key is just to make sure are extremely gentle, and spray the area with some product such as Quik Interior Detailer (Fantastic product) and a quality, soft towel like the Supreme Shine.
Basically, think of it like the paint...but even more delicate. You just want to avoid grinding things into the plastic and causing scratches.

Re: Instrument Gauges cleaning
Good thinking being proactive in preventing swirls and scratches from a place that's important to be clear and difficult to remove defects out of, at least in most cases clumsy to remove defects out of.
Use a premium quality microfiber polishing cloth with a plastic quick detailer like M1808
You can mist some M18 onto the gauge or onto your polishing cloth and then gently wipe the gauge to remove light dust.
Mirror Glaze Clear Plastic Detailer
After wiping the surface clean apply and remove a thin coat of M1008 Plastic Polish.
