Yankee Candle Car Gels are rather long lasting, although they are very strong when first opened. They come in a variety of colors, although I lean towards the non-sweet smells when possible.
Also, I have used actual votive candles in the past. Put 'em in a votive holder, then put them under the seat (make sure to secure them so they don't tip over). It gives your car a nice smell, although they are much stronger in the summer than winter. They last a couple months and are very cheap ($1 or so)
Just a thought.

Natural Shine has a pretty fresh and natural car scent. I will dress my interior with NS about once and month and use QID in between to maintain a dust free zone while keeping a fresh scent.
I will every now and then use a Little Tree to change it up a bit, my personal favorite is mango.

Well, after almost 8k miles, my car is starting to lose the new car smell .
I clean the dash and console once per week with quick interior detail, and that keeps it fresh.
I used to get hazlenut coffee beans, and put them in a small jar. I'd uncap it at night so the beans would absorb interior smells, while making the interior smell of hazlenut coffee beans. This worked well in my old truck.
I was at the store with the gf two weeks ago, and saw yankee candle company's car jar. The spiced pumpkin smells great! I am going to give it a shot.
I've had so many women comment on the scent and how well it removes smoke and pet smells. My wife uses it in the house as well.
Next time I'm at Home Depot I'll have to open it and take a sniff.
I tried some Zep shower cleaner and it was really nasty. Took my breath away when I started spraying it and I started choking. Had to leave the room. It was a small room with the exhaust fan on but not many bathrooms are 'well ventilated'.
What is this #40 you all speak of?? Does it have a name?? Is it part of the professional line??
Thanks
#40 is Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner and it's part of the Pro Mirror Glaze line. I don't think we get this in Australia, you'd need to call our Meguiar's office and confirm.
The Best Last Step, is the step backwards you take to admire your work!
