  • Cleaning seats

I traded some work with my neighbor, in return for me cleaning their '99 VW Bug. The interior is tan cloth, and it was beyond nasty. I got the plastic cleaned with APC and a wet microfiber towel, but the seats have problems too. There were some spots that I used APC and scrubbed with a brush, then rinsed with a wet MF towel, but it left rings where I cleaned. I tried again last night with my Little Green Machine to extract the water, but there wasn't enough liquid for it to **** up. Am I using the wrong technique? I really wish I took pictures of the interior, it was the dirtiest I have ever seen. It doesn't look brand new, but I did have to dump my rinse bucket 2 times.

i always thought those rings were from the stain under neath the top layers that rises to the top.

that's the hardest part that you always can clean the top layers but its the stuff underneath the top that still stains.

    could be wrong though.

you used an extractor as well?
