The leather seats in my 91 Saab convertible are dry and stiff. I've been applying leather conditioning products for a few months. The seats look good, but the leather is only slightly more supple. What product or technique can I use to restore softness to the leather?

Re: Old Leather recovery?
strange as conditioner is actually formulated to do just that: make dried-out leather supple again. I've only had very good to fantastic experiences with products by Meguiars.
Which conditioner are you using? I've only used the detailer brand Leather Cleaner & Conditioner but I'm sure that the gold class products from the consumer range work equally good.

What product were you using?
Useing a seperate cleaner and conditioner steps may give a bit better results than an all in one type product.
