You could try to steam cleaning or suing an extractor.

If yo uare short on a steam cleaner and extractor, you might need to find some Heavy Duty Carpet and Interior Cleaner, and some Odor Eliminator.

Get an old towel, spray a bunch on the towel, and dab away at the stain. Then give the area a good spraying with the odor elininator, and start praying...

Don't forget to test everything you use on a hidden area first.

APC+ (diluted 10:1) and Odor Eliminator on my g/f car and it made a big difference. She carried around her niece for awhile and the kid has spilled milk and other things. You will have to clean the area where the milk was a couple of times with APC+ and interior brush to make sure you got all of it. After doing that and letting it dry, go over the carpet and seats a few times with Odor Eliminator.
