  • How to Clean a Headliner?

My Used car has some stains in the headliner from the previous owner. what should I use to clean it. The stain looks like a soda exploded in the back seat area.
You left out licking the water off. Oh, wait a minute, that's my cat, not my car. Uh, I mean my cat licks himself dry. I don't lick my cat dry. Or my car. -PC.

I sprayed some on a towel, and kept dabbing, re-spraying till the stains on my headliner were gone.

Tried not to 'soak' the headliner that way.

Murr1525's suggestion is a good method, you might want to test this product in the corner or any inconspicuous area first to check for colorfastness of the material and compatibility.

Also, when cleaning the headliner, try not to push to hard with whatever process you use so you don't stretch it and cause it to sag.

I've used this exact method and it works well.
