What parts are leather?

I have a 2004 Mazda 6i hatchback. I had a Katzkin leather interior installed about a year ago. My understanding is that probably just the top surfaces are really leather. How do I know what is leather and what is vinyl. It looks and feels the same. Do I treat the non-leather parts the same with leather cleaner and conditioner?

I would just use leahter cleaner and conditioner on all parts of seats, even if something is vinyl. Remember you won't hurt vinyl using leather products on it. I would use vinyl products on leather though.
