  • Leather Cleaning Question (Light colour)

I got my car about a year ago - and I've only recently really seen the need for some serious cleaning.

On the inside, I've used some cheap leather cleaner (Shield wipes - a local brand) but they aren't getting out the dirt - you can still see some "darker" area's of dirt.

What product could I use to get this dirt out? What is the difference between the aloe cleaner and the gold class?

I recently got a bottle of the gold class foam cleaner from a friend, but it doesn't totally "clean" the seats. Is the aloe cleaner more in depth?

I also want to use the aloe leather conditioner soon (as soon as I can find some)

Here are photo's of the interior of my car: (taken when new)

For deep-down cleaning on dirty leather seats I would advise using our Rich Leather Aloe Cleaner (G-11016), and then follow it up with the Rich Leather Aloe Conditioner (G-11116). If you used the Gold Class product in foam, that is a cleaner/conditioner. Typically, when you break the steps apart they will be more effective. If the Cleaner cleans it as you want you can simply use the cleaner/conditioner in the future. Hope this is helpful...

      Thanks.

Now I just have to get the local agents to sell me the stuff :-)

It's on their website - but they haven't started online sales as yet. And the one store that stocks Megs, hardly has stock of anything...It's such a pain! :-)

      Thanks again...I will try!

I would use APC w/ the Meguiar's Interior brush to clean the seats and follow that with an application of one of Meguiar's leather conditioners. This combination works great. Here are some pics from another members experience using it.
