I had to remove the anti-glare coating on my IDrive LCD screen (using Plastx polish cleaner) because the previous owner probably used ammoniac based cleaner on it, and the screen was really bad looking. After removing the anti-glare gently with a new microfiber, I found these micro-scratches / wear on the LCD. Tried to polish it as well using plastX and a bit more pressure, but no dice.
I finally applied a plastic screen protector on it which hides pretty well the imperfections, but I was wondering if there was an other Meguiar's product that I could have use to fix the issue (Ultimate compound too maybe or too much cut?). Also, DA is probably too risky here right?
